Craig Hockenberry has some speculation on the already-much-speculated-upon-but-quite-possibly-nonexistent Apple "NetBook" Device. I'm not holding my breath on this one, but I hope Apple is thinking along the same lines. I would really like to see (and own) the device he describes. I would like to play Moonlight Mahjong on a larger touchscreen, for one thing. I've wanted my Star Trek: The Next Generation "Pad" for years now. The iPhone is great, but the screen size is not right for every occasion. Well, we'll see.
In other news: yes, I'm still alive and have not forgotten about Moonlight Mahjong. Most of my time has been consumed by other projects for the last couple months, but an MM update is still coming in due course. In the meantime, some new folks have submitted some nifty new layouts, which will be posted on the layouts blog over the next few days.
